Refund/Return Policy

🚫 No returns or exchanges on used or opened beauty products due to hygiene and safety reasons.


🚫 Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label when contacting us.


🚫 No refunds on wholesale or private label orders, as these orders are custom-made specifically for you and your business.


🚫 No refunds on lip balms or lip glosses due to sanitary purposes. However, if your order arrives damaged or items are missing due to an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and assist you.


We are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered or for missing/stolen packages. Please contact your local post office or shipping carrier before reaching out to us, as they may be able to help locate your package.
