Shipping Policy
We process most orders within 5–7 business days for orders up to 50 items.
For wholesale or bulk orders of 50+ items, processing times may vary between 8–21 business days depending on demand, as all of our products are handmade with care.
For all private label orders, your logo must be sent after your order is placed so we can begin the customization process.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office first, as shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays or scanning issues.
If your package is lost in transit, please allow 4–7 business days before contacting us, as packages sometimes continue moving through the shipping system after delays.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees will be required to resend the package.
