At ShimmeryBeauty, every order is handmade in small batches with care and attention to quality. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policy.
Returns
For health, hygiene, and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Lip glosses
- Lip oils
- Lip butters
- Lip scrubs
- Lip care kits
- Bridal or wedding gift boxes
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Wholesale orders
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping package if applicable
Once reviewed, we’ll gladly provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, ShimmeryBeauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
- Checking around your delivery location.
- Asking neighbors or household members.
- Contacting your local post office or shipping carrier.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Because our products are handmade, once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
Wholesale Orders
All wholesale and bulk orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Allergies & Product Safety
Our products may contain ingredients derived from:
- Coconut
- Lanolin
- Natural oils and butters
- Fragrance or flavor oils
Customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list before purchasing. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
