Processing Time

Because many of our products are handmade to order, processing times vary depending on the size of your order.

Retail Orders

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

Large, Custom & Wholesale Orders

  • Processing time: 8–21 business days

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping times are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on your location.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE U.S. shipping on orders of $20 or more.

Orders under $20 will be charged shipping at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped, ShimmeryBeauty is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is marked as Delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check around your delivery location.
  • Ask household members or neighbors.
  • Contact your local post office or shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be lost in transit (not delivered), please contact us after 4–7 business days so we can help investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

ShimmeryBeauty is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at shimmerybeautyco@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to update your address before your order ships.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders require additional processing time due to production volume.

Estimated processing time:

  • 8–21 business days

Large wholesale orders may ship in multiple packages if necessary.
